Twelve cozy, well kept and colorful apartments just 5 minutes from the historic city center. With the apartments Marco Polo we offer you the chance to stay out of the house, but with the same comfort of your home.

Apartments Marco Polo are of two types:
– One-room: room sizes with kitchenette , two beds and a sofa bed , all in one large and comfortable room of over 40 square meters ;
– Two-room: living room with kitchenette and sofa bed , and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed .

Underfloor heating, air conditioning , electric cooker, microwave , dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV and Wi-Fi connection. The apartments also feature a bright balcony, equipped with table and chairs. Each apartment is also accompanied, on request, a closed garage on the basement floor of the residence.
